This project consisted of a comprehensive 60,000 SF medical office renovation for Newport Orthopedic Institute (NOI), a specialty physicians group focused on orthopedics. The renovation modernized the facility to support an enhanced patient experience, improved clinical workflow, and expanded on-site diagnostic and surgical capabilities.

A centerpiece of the project is a fully integrated Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) featuring four state-of-the-art operating rooms, designed to support high-efficiency orthopedic procedures with appropriate sterile support, pre-op/post-op recovery, and clinical staff functions. The renovation also incorporated advanced imaging and diagnostic services—including MRI and X-ray—to streamline care delivery and reduce the need for off-site referrals.

The completed facility delivers a cohesive, high-performance orthopedic destination that combines clinic, imaging, and outpatient surgery within a modernized environment for patients and providers.
