This project delivered a new, four-story ground-up medical office building for a confidential healthcare client in Los Angeles, designed to support outpatient services, urgent care, and modern clinical operations. The facility emphasizes a patient-forward arrival experience, intuitive circulation, and flexible interiors suited for a range of medical programs.

The scope also included a newly constructed, attached nine-level parking structure to support high-volume daily patient and staff traffic. A key project constraint was the structure’s proximity to the I-10 Freeway, constructed approximately 12 feet from the freeway, requiring careful coordination, sequencing, and safety planning to execute work in an active urban environment.

The completed campus provides a highly visible, efficient healthcare destination with integrated parking, enhanced access, and durable, contemporary finishes throughout both public and clinical spaces.
