Over the past seven years with RMSPM, Fabrizio has expanded his strong foundation in retail construction, established during his tenure with Orchard Supply Hardware, into a broad and diverse project portfolio nationwide.

At RMSPM, Fabrizio has successfully managed mixed-use developments, ground-up and tenant-improvement retail projects, and a high-profile non-profit dance academy build-out. His leadership on a 250,000-square-foot active retail center renovation, completed while maintaining full operational continuity, underscores his ability to coordinate complex logistics and stakeholder needs. He has also overseen the construction of multi-family condominium projects in Arizona and Northern California and led challenging historic renovation efforts, including the modernization of a 1920s-era 60-unit apartment building requiring meticulous planning and adaptive solutions.

Before joining RMSPM, Fabrizio spent several years with Orchard Supply Hardware, where he oversaw new store construction, fixturing, and merchandising programs across the western United States. Acting as the critical liaison between corporate leadership and field operations, he consistently delivered projects on schedule and within budget, skills that now shape his structured, results-oriented management style.

Earlier in his career, Fabrizio served as an Operations Manager for both the Disneyland Hotel and Paradise Pier Hotel. This hospitality experience provided him with valuable insight into facility operations and maintenance, informing his ability to evaluate construction documents for constructability, long-term performance, and end-user functionality.
