Director of Operation
Craig Siqueland
About me
Craig Siqueland is the Director of Operations at Medical Construction Group (MCG), with more than 31 years of experience leading development and construction programs across diverse and technically demanding environments. His background spans national rollouts of retail-entertainment concepts, medical device R&D facilities, hotels, mixed-use projects, multi-campus church dormitories and classrooms, and complex structural and specialty building scopes.
Craig is a team-first operator known for building strong project organizations and driving consistent execution. At MCG, he strengthens delivery through disciplined project controls and modern construction technology—utilizing cloud-based document management, digital collaboration tools, and real-time schedule and budget tracking to improve transparency, accountability, and stakeholder alignment from planning through closeout. This systems-driven approach supports earlier risk detection, clearer communication, and smoother decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
Prior to joining MCG, Craig served in senior leadership roles at Orchard Supply Hardware (a Lowe’s company), where he led the Stores Division and supported nationwide expansion. He managed site selection, the procurement of architects/consultants/contractors, and end-to-end preconstruction and construction operations. Under his leadership, teams delivered more than 2.5 million square feet of work—ranging from tenant improvements to ground-up development—while navigating complex entitlements across multiple municipalities using standardized workflows and planning software to streamline approvals.
Craig also directed Orchard’s capital redevelopment program, overseeing the rebrand and remodel of 57 operating stores throughout California. The program demanded tight phasing, logistics coordination, and technology-enabled scheduling to maintain full operations while delivering an aggressive, concurrent 18-month timeline.
Earlier, Craig served as Director of Operations for Macy’s, leading construction, maintenance, renovation, and facility integration teams through major mergers and acquisitions. He helped modernize reporting and facility management processes to improve internal coordination and execution efficiency.
Craig’s expertise includes preconstruction planning, design management, scheduling, budgeting and estimating, FF&E/OS&E coordination, and project administration. He also serves as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Corona, a role he has held for six years.
