Bill Hughes is a Senior Project Manager at Medical Construction Group (MCG) with more than 30 years of experience spanning construction leadership, architecture, and real estate development. He is known for guiding technically complex projects with a calm, detail-forward style—helping owners turn high expectations into coordinated execution across commercial, hospitality, and luxury residential work.
Bill has led projects through the full lifecycle, from early planning and entitlement strategy through design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. His strengths include preconstruction planning, contract and vendor negotiations, and the day-to-day leadership of multidisciplinary teams. He brings disciplined control to budgets and schedules while keeping communication clear and consistent across owners, designers, and contractors.
A distinctive part of Bill’s background is his expertise integrating advanced building systems and specialized technologies into high-end residential and estate environments, where performance, discretion, and craftsmanship must align. Prior to joining RMS Project Management (RMSPM), Bill served as a Real Estate Project Manager and Owner’s Representative for ultra-high-net-worth clients, managing complex estate portfolios on both U.S. coasts. He has also held senior roles in hospitality development and provided architecture and construction consulting services for commercial, residential, and government agency clients. Earlier in his career, he led architectural production, construction documentation, specifications, and construction administration for nationally recognized design firms.
