This project involved the build-out of a multi-floor outpatient medical facility for a confidential healthcare client in Downtown Los Angeles. The scope focused on creating a modern, patient-centered environment that supports efficient clinical operations while enhancing comfort, clarity, and accessibility for patients and staff.

Work included reconfiguration of reception and waiting areas, exam rooms, clinical support spaces, staff work areas, and patient circulation zones. The design emphasizes intuitive wayfinding, natural light, durable healthcare-grade finishes, and a cohesive interior palette throughout public and back-of-house areas.

The completed facility delivers a welcoming, high-performance medical environment that supports quality care, operational efficiency, and an improved patient experience within an urban setting.
