Senior Project Manager
Fabrizio Villalobos
About me
Fabrizio Villalobos is a Senior Project Manager at Medical Construction Group (MCG) with more than 15 years of construction industry experience. He is known for disciplined project leadership, strong technical coordination, and reliable execution—delivering complex scopes with steady control over schedule, cost, and field logistics. Over the past seven years with RMS Project Management (RMSPM), Fabrizio has expanded the retail construction expertise he built at Orchard Supply Hardware into a diverse, nationwide portfolio.
At RMSPM, Fabrizio has led ground-up retail work and tenant improvements, mixed-use developments, and a high-visibility non-profit dance academy build-out. He also managed a 250,000-square-foot renovation of an active retail center completed while operations remained fully open requiring tight phasing, careful sequencing, and constant alignment across tenants, ownership, contractors, and stakeholders. His portfolio includes multi-family condominium construction in Arizona and Northern California, as well as complex historic renovation work, including the modernization of a 1920s-era, 60-unit apartment building that demanded detailed planning and adaptive problem-solving.
Earlier in his career, Fabrizio supported Orchard Supply Hardware’s new-store construction, fixturing, and merchandising programs across the western U.S., serving as a critical link between corporate direction and field execution. His ability to standardize workflows and deliver consistently on schedule and on budget continues to shape his structured management style today.

Before moving fully into construction leadership, Fabrizio served as an Operations Manager for both the Disneyland Hotel and Paradise Pier Hotel, an experience that sharpened his understanding of facility operations and maintenance. That operational lens informs how he reviews construction documents—prioritizing constructability, long-term performance, and end-user functionality.
At MCG, Fabrizio brings a calm, detail-oriented approach to demanding environments, supporting the company’s commitment to high standards and dependable delivery.
